ANALYSIS
At the HBLAuBA Klosterneuburg, the oldest viticulture school, the wine analyses are conducted by the testing facility accredited according to ISO standard 17025. More than 500 different compounds are categorized and evaluated as polyphenols and flavonoids based on the W&G concept.
The polyphenol content is determined by the well-established Folin-Ciocalteu method.
The amount of these health-promoting compounds determines the W&G quality seal:
- 1 point – measurable effect
- 2 points – strong effect
- 3 points – optimal effect on the organism
